Yes – we offer 24/7 emergency plumbing services. Whether it’s a burst pipe, blocked drain, or no hot water, we’re ready to help any time, day or night.

Our standard call-out charge is £70 + VAT, which includes up to the first hour of work. Additional time is billed at £65 + VAT per hour. We aim to provide an accurate estimate for any further work during our visit.

Absolutely. All work carried out by The Pipe Doctor comes with a 12-month guarantee on labour and materials supplied by us. If there’s ever an issue, we’ll come back and put it right.

Yes, we’re happy to install products you provide, such as taps or toilets. However, we can’t guarantee third-party items, and we may recommend alternatives if we feel something isn’t suitable for your setup.

In most cases, we can be with you within 1–2 hours, depending on your location. Our aim is always to respond as quickly as possible, especially for emergencies like major leaks or heating failures.

Yes – we’ll assess the best route from your existing water supply and install the tap where you need it. We’ll always aim for the most efficient and cost-effective solution.

We accept cash, bank transfers, and major debit and credit cards. Payment is usually taken upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed.

Avoid pouring grease, coffee grounds, or food scraps down the drain. Use drain guards in showers and sinks, and never flush wipes or hygiene products. Regular hot water flushes can also help keep pipes clear.
